Are you looking for a fun and creative private sip and paint near you? Our traveling paint and sip service in Charlotte, NC brings the ultimate karaoke and paint party experience to you. This service is perfect for art birthday parties in Charlotte, wine and painting nights, in-home adult painting parties, and bachelorette parties. We provide everything you need to make your event unforgettable. 💰 Deposit & Pricing A nonrefundable deposit secures your date and covers: -5 painters -Travel up to 10 miles each way from Riverbend Village -Convenience fee Additional painters: $65 per person (invoiced separately) Extra travel billed at $1.54 per mile beyond the included 10 miles. 📅 Payment Due Dates Final balance is due 7 days before your paint party to guarantee materials. Late payments may result in cancellation or added fees. 📝 Easy RSVP Process If requested, we’ll set up a custom event RSVP page on our homepage within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise, remaining balances will be invoiced separately to the booking contact. You will need: - wifi 🎁 What’s Included in every Paint Party Pre-sketched 11 x 14 canvas for every painter 3 sketch options Brushes, table top easels, palettes & aprons Paint, table covers & drip cloths (for carpeted flooring) Guided instruction from a professional paint party host Endless fun and song selections for everyone! 🕒 How Long Is the Party? Parties last 3 hours (including setup & cleanup). Start times are prompt. As a result, late arrivals over 30 minutes may not participate in full instruction and refunds are not issued. 🎉 Minimum Booking A 5-painter minimum deposit is required for private in-home karaoke and paint parties. 🎨 Painting Selections Explore our Karaoke Sketch options page to choose from our creative designs. Don’t see something you love? We accept special requests (text or email your image) with 2 weeks’ notice for an additional fee. 🪑 Tables & Chairs Optional rental: Two 6-ft tables + up to 12 chairs (additional cost). 🛑 COVID-19 Policy If you or your guests have symptoms, please wear masks. Cancellation Policy
We do understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately! Although there are no refunds, you may opt to reschedule your Private Party with at least 14 days of advanced notice at no additional charge. Parties rescheduled less than 14 days in advance will be billed an additional deposit fee in the amount of $125. This deposit fee and pay in full payments are nonrefundable. Should you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeit, but all additional RSVP payments can be rescheduled and applied to a rescheduled event. There are no refunds. We do not make exceptions for any reason. In the rare case that Lace Sip & Paint needs to cancel an event, refunds in full will be given within 48 hours of cancellation.
