Our mobile traveling paint party service brings the full paint and sip experience right to your home, office, or event venue. This paint event service is perfect for corporate paint events, staff appreciation parties, resident events, church groups, and team building paint nights. We make it easy to host a fun, creative event anywhere in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. 💰 Deposit & Pricing Non-refundable deposit covers the first 15 painters + 15 miles each way from Riverbend Village. After the deposit, pricing is $40 per additional painter. 📅 Payment Deadlines Final balance is due 5 business days before your paint party event. Late payments will prevent adding additional guests. 🎁 Every Charlotte Traveling Paint Party Includes: 11x14 canvas for each guest Tabletop easels, aprons & brushes Paint, palettes & table covers (round or rectangular) Drip cloths for in-home paint events with carpeted flooring (if requested) Step-by-step instruction by a professional paint party host 1–1.5 hour guided paint and sip session (Beverages are not included, BYOB. 2 tables & 12 chairs are available for rent upon request.) 🎨 Painting Selections Browse our wide variety of paint night designs on our Paintings page. Cancellation Policy
We do understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately! Although there are no refunds, you may opt to reschedule your Private Party with at least 14 days of advanced notice at no additional charge. Parties rescheduled less than 14 days in advance will be billed an additional deposit fee in the amount of $125. This deposit fee and pay in full payments are nonrefundable. Should you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeit, but all additional RSVP payments can be rescheduled and applied to a rescheduled event. There are no refunds. We do not make exceptions for any reason. In the rare case that Lace Sip & Paint needs to cancel an event, refunds in full will be given within 48 hours of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding.
