Are you planning an event for staff or residents of an apartment complex? This booking request is for you! Book now for staff events, resident events, church groups, baby showers, etc … There is a 15 painter minimum. PRICE LIST: The initial deposit covers the first 15 painters and initial travel. After, it is $35 per painter. DEPOSIT The initial deposit is non-refundable. This covers the first 15 miles each way from Riverbend Village and 15 painters. Additional travel and painter balances will be invoiced separately. PAYMENTS Remainder balances are due no later than 5 business days prior to your event online. If payment is not received on time, you will be unable to add additional guests. PRICING A nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Additional painters after 15 are $35 per person depending on your type of party. WE INCLUDE A 11X14 inch canvas for each painter Easels Aprons Table top easels Table covers Brushes Paint Drip cloths to protect carpet flooring (if requested) Step by step instruction 1-1.5 hour paint session *We do not include any beverages** *2 Table & 12 chairs are only available upon request for an additional rental fee* PAINTING SELECTIONS Please see our page titled Paintings. If you don't see something there that you would like to paint, please let us know and we will paint your special request at an additional charge for company events. Wood parties include stencils and faux stained glass parties include coloring pages to use as a stencil. COVID 19 UPDATES If you or any of your guests are exhibiting COVID symptoms, please wear masks. We reserve the right to refuse to host events where we feel our health is at risk. We do not offer refunds for this reason.
We do understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately! Although there are no refunds, you may opt to reschedule your Private Party with at least 14 days advance notice at no additional charge. Parties rescheduled less than 14 days in advance will be billed an additional deposit fee in the amount of $75. This deposit fee and pay in full payments are nonrefundable. Should you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeit, but all additional RSVP payments can be rescheduled and applied to a rescheduled event. There are no refunds. We do not make exceptions for any reason. In the rare case that Lace Sip & Paint needs to cancel an event, refunds in full will be given within 48 hours of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding.
