Service Description
Are you planning to have a paint party for your guests? The deposit covers 5 painters + initial travel. Each additional painter pays $40 per person on the homepage of our site under your event. DEPOSIT A nonrefundable discounted deposit is due to secure your date. The deposit locks in your date, covers the convenience fee, 5 painters and the travel expense up to 10 miles each way of Riverbend Village. $1.54 per additional mile billed separately via invoice. PAYMENT DUE DATES All payments are due at least 7 days PRIOR to the party in order to guarantee materials. Late fees or cancellation if payments are not received. HOW GUESTS RSVP From our home page. Your event page will be added within 24 hours after booking. WE INCLUDE Paint, brushes, easels, a 11 x 14 inch canvas for every painter, palettes, aprons, table covers, drip cloths, music & step by step instruction. HOW LONG IS THE PARTY? Your party will last between 1.5-2.5 hours. Your paid time slot will not exceed 3 hours (setup and clean up included) as we start promptly at your start time, even if all guests have not arrived on time. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after your start time will be unable to participate in the step by step instruction and will not be issued a refund. MINIMUM The deposit minimum for 5 painters is required for our normal private events. PAINTING SELECTION Please check out our or Paintings page. If you don't see something you like, no worries. We paint special requests for an additional cost. Just let us know what you want to paint. You may text or email us an image or link to the image you want. A 2 week's notice is required. TABLES/CHAIRS We provide up to two 6-foot tables + a max of 12 chairs at an additional cost. COVID 19 UPDATES If you or any of your guests are exhibiting COVID symptoms, please wear masks. We reserve the right to refuse to host events where we feel our health is at risk. We do not offer refunds for this reason.
Cancellation Policy
We do understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately! Although there are no refunds, you may opt to reschedule your Private Party with at least 14 days advance notice at no additional charge. Parties rescheduled less than 14 days in advance will be billed an additional deposit fee in the amount of $75. This deposit fee and pay in full payments are nonrefundable. Should you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeit, but all additional RSVP payments can be rescheduled and applied to a rescheduled event. There are no refunds. We do not make exceptions for any reason. In the rare case that Lace Sip & Paint needs to cancel an event, refunds in full will be given within 48 hours of cancellation.
