Service Description

Book this party for a group of 10 child painters or less. WE INCLUDE ​9" x 12" pre- sketched canvases, aprons, paint brushes, paint, palettes, easels. 1 paint kit for the birthday child (blank canvas) 1.5 hour time slot (including setup and break down) Step by step instruction 10 children ($25 per additional painter if requested & you must provide additional tables and chairs, up to a max of 15 children in one session) Table covers ​​ Drip cloths for carpeted flooring Travel time and expense (20 mile RT) 2 tables & 10 chairs (if needed) PAINTING SELECTION Don't see something you like? No worries, just let us know what you want to paint and we will get it done for you at no additional cost. Please send special requests at least a week before your event. TABLES/CHAIRS Included in your booking for up to 10. ​​Please note: Lace Sip & Paint does not provide the space nor do we provide food, beverages or cake. We only provide materials for children to paint. ​ ADDITIONAL TRAVEL EXPENSE: noted in the agreement. Additional fees will be invoiced for distances that exceed 10 miles each way of Riverbend Village in Charlotte NC. $1.54 per additional mile.

Cancellation Policy

We do understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately! Although there are no refunds, you may opt to reschedule your Private Party with at least 14 days advance notice at no additional charge. Parties rescheduled less than 14 days in advance will be billed an additional deposit fee in the amount of $75. This deposit fee and pay in full payments are nonrefundable. Should you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeit, but all additional RSVP payments can be rescheduled and applied to a rescheduled event. There are no refunds. We do not make exceptions for any reason. In the rare case that Lace Sip & Paint needs to cancel an event, refunds in full will be given within 48 hours of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding.
