Your nonrefundable deposit locks in your date, covers the convenience fee and the initial time and travel expense. The deposit is not applied to your remainder balance.
Remainder balances are due no later than 48 hours prior to your event online via invoice or by card. An additional time and travel expense fee will be billed for distances exceeding 15 miles each way from Mountain Island Marketplace in Charlotte, NC. You may make payments early if you would like.
Need to reschedule?
You must do so 2 weeks prior to the party in order to reschedule without losing out on any payments toward your party. There is an additional $75 deposit due in order to block off a different day on our calendar for parties rescheduled less than 2 weeks prior. Just send an email to email@example.com or call/text (980)-292-5223 and we can reschedule.

MONTHLY EVENT DISCOUNT PRICING
For an additional discount at $20 per person, contact us if you wish to book us for monthly events. This price is only honored when 2 deposits are paid at the time of booking. The following month's event deposit is due in advance to secure your discounted rate.
How to Book:
Submit your booking details and $75 deposit below.
You will receive a follow up within 24-48 hours to discuss your booking.
You will receive an invoice with your balance. You will have up to 48 hours prior to your event date to make your payment in full. If there are any added guests after this date, the cost is $35 per added guest.
In order to take advantage of our discounted rates, you must have a minimum of 15 painters. If you have less, you may still book but the cost for 15 must still be covered. Payment is due 48 hours prior to your event.
